Raw material in the textile industry is one of the largest factors that helps one differentiate from its competitor.

Clean cotton forms approximately 60% of the yarn cost and is most critical to the quality of the end product. Indian farming is yet very orthodox, unscientific and unorganized. As a result one of the largest negatives faced by the Indian textile sector in the international arena is the non-availability of good and consistently large quantities of cotton.
With this knowledge Amit Group as part of its textile backward integration philosophy has entered into the arena of organic farming under the brand umbrella of its ginning unit, Rajpal Cotton Industries Pvt. Ltd.. We have gathered a large group of farmers in the Gujarat region to grow cotton without the use of chemicals and chemical fertilizers over a 500 acre area.
We believe that post GAAT 2004 liberalization when the barriers to trades change; eco-friendliness is going to play a major role in the acceptance of products. This would also help the farmer grow a better quality cotton in a scientific manner, get better yields and thus improve their standard of living.
This project is completely in line with the group's committment to research and development, value-addition for the customer, maintaining the ecological balance and social development.
